Dialed Medics EKG generator is not a clinical tool and is offered for personal educational and entertainment purposes only. It has no place in a patient care environment. You cannot learn EKG interpretation from the resources available here, or anywhere online. EKG interpretation in the patient care setting requires more information than only the EKG tracing. Unless you have completed an accredited healthcare education program, obtained appropriate local certifications / licenses, and are employed in a capacity to read an EKG in a clinical setting, you cannot interpret an EKG. Do not attempt to interpret a human being's EKG, your own or another person, based on information found on dialedmedics.com. This tool is an adjunct to formal medical education, not a replacement.
Further, Dialed Medics EKG generator uses procedural generation to produce novel EKG tracings. These software generated EKGs have no guarantee about accuracy. If you do find what appears to be an invalid tracing please report it to us (right click and save as) at [email protected].
Billing Agreement & Refunds
DialedMedics.com EKG generator app is offered as a subscription for $5.00USD per month or $40.00USD per year. By signing up you agree to repeated billing on a yearly or monthly schedule at the initial rate.
You may cancel your subscription at any time, with no additional fees or charges, from your account page. (Account button in the upper right of the screen, or bottom of the menu on mobile.) Canceling your subscription will leave your account active and accessible for the duration of any period you have already paid for.
Your account status, information, and Cancel / Resume Subscription Button are also displayed at the bottom of the Pro App start page.

Refunds
Dialed Medics offers a full refund within 3 days of purchase for any technical, accessibility, usability, or other issue that prevents a user from accessing or utilizing our software. Refunds outside this window are considered on a case by case basis, please reach out to [email protected] with any customer service issues and we will work with you solve the problem.
License
Dialed Medics EKG generator is offered under a personal, non-commercial, license for both free and pro versions. Users may record, save, and use EKG tracings produced by DialedMedics.com with attribution for any non-commercial purpose. Use of media saved from Dialed Medics EKG generator (video, images, etc.) is granted non-exclusively and without any promise of support. Attribution can be as simple as leaving the copyright intact on the tracing capture. For commercial licensing please contact: [email protected].
If you run a medical educational publication (blog, website, youtube, etc.) where the educational content is published for free and only generate revenue through third party ads (e.g. google adsense, youtube partner program, etc.) we will likely grant you permission to use EKG tracing captures with attribution for certain use cases (e.g. your own EKG tutorials, medical scenarios, or lectures) under a personal license. Privacy
We keep as little of your data as possible. Beyond your email and the name you provide at signup, none of your data is stored on our servers. Payment details and processing are handled securely through Stripe®, with none of your information going anywhere else.
We value privacy and will not sell any information associated with your account. We do not send unsolicited emails, and do not use or store passwords. All credentials (login links) are temporary and expire 24hrs after being issued.
Security
Security is a primary concern with any online application. Beyond using the industry leading payment processor Stripe® to securely process your payments, we use a password-less login through email.
When you login to DialedMedics.com with your email you immediately receive a sign-in link in your inbox.

Any device you follow that sign-in link with will be logged into a session on your account. This way, if you choose to login on a device at your workplace or educational institution no password is exposed, only a token that expires after 24 hours. No security is perfect, but this is decidedly better than a password with no expiration.

Images and mentions of books, websites, videos, and other media are the sole property of the license holders. These materials are used under fair-use for comparison and critique purposes only. Organizations linked to are done so for the prominence they hold in the medical community and authority they have testing medical practitioners in EKG interpretation. As an example, nearly every medical professional in the United States that interprets EKGs must carry the American Heart Association (AHA)® Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)® certification. ACLS® and the AHA® are therefore mentioned and linked not to imply association with Dialed Medics, but because they have effective testing authority over the subject of EKG interpretation in the United States medical community.
